This hotel met expectations! Traditional property, affable staff. We had goodies and coffee at Kihako, it was located very close to the venue. Booked a room overlooking the mountain😀😀

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The onsen was definitely one of the highlights of our trip - it was clean, relaxing, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the tea set in our room was a nice touch. Additionally, the location was convenient - there were plenty of restaurants nearby, and transportation was easily accessible.

The breakfast served here was delicious and filling, and the Japanese-style room was ample and well-equipped with a TV, safe, and private bathroom. The tea set in the room was an added bonus.

There is no lift in the building, which may be difficult for those with heavy luggage as the stairs are quite steep. the flooring on the ground floor could use some improvement.

So, I took a city trip to this place and stayed there for a few days. the room offered was nice and cozy. They provide a TV, a private bathroom, and a tea set that is really great to enjoy a cup of tea. One thing that I really liked was that there was a nice restaurant in walking distance. transportation was really convenient from this location and it was easy to get around.

The flooring was old, and it seemed like it hadn't been refreshed in years. It definitely needed a little bit more attention and care.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from nearby restaurants, making dinner arrangements much easier. the Japanese-style room was equipped with comfortable beds, a TV, and a tea set, perfect for unwinding. the private bathroom was clean and convenient, making morning routines simple. the Japanese breakfast was both delicious and filling, a great start to the day. Access to the onsen is a wonderful bonus, leaving guests feeling relaxed and refreshed.

The hotel lacks elevator service, which may be a challenge for those with physical disabilities or heavier luggage.
